Violence of multiple forms and degrees is practiced in different forms, starting with abusive speech, and ending with rape or even murder. It can include intimidation and extortion in the workplace and official institutions by superiors and colleagues by continuous harassment, intimidation, threats of dismissal from work, denial of promotion or training for capacity building, and tying them up with additional work and duties.
Legal violence falls within general violence and is embodied in the presence of some laws that discriminate against women, the disabled, or the marginalized, or the absence of laws that prevent discrimination against them and hold them accountable for violence.
